Cyclical flow drills are a great way to play with movement…link techniques together… safely train through injuries and master the art of movement.  Movement is the fascia that binds and connects everything…

Check out some of the cyclical flow drills below.  Better yet… CREATE your own flow drill!  Take your favorite series of moves and connect them together in a offense / defense (action / reaction) manner.  For example:  you do an arm bar from the guard, your partner defends by pulling the arm trough so you transition to a triangle… they stand up and defend then you sweep them and so on…  The point is that it can be any attack counter scenario of your choosing.  Find something that works into your game and most importantly have fun with it!  Happy training Ninjas.
